How we work
The order process is as follows when you decide to order a habitat for your truck:
1. Contact and showcase
You can contact us through Phone/WhatsApp/Mail, etc. to initiate the process. We will then schedule an appointment to discuss the details. This appointment can be conducted either in person or via Teams/Video Call, depending on your preference. Since many of our customers are not located nearby, a video call is usually the preferred method. During this meeting, we will discuss the specifics of your habitat, and we will also showcase the 3D model of the habitat. The 3D model can also be made available later for interior planning purposes.
2. The down payment
Once all the details are confirmed, you will receive a quote for the habitat. If you decide to proceed with the build, we will send you an invoice for the down payment, which amounts to 50% of the total build price. After we receive the down payment, we will proceed to order the materials and commence the construction process.
3. Final inspection and pickup
When the habitat box is completed, you will receive the second down payment invoice, which amounts to 25% of the total price. The remaining 25% is to be paid at the time of pickup, after the final inspection conducted by the customer to ensure everything is satisfactory.
